Indian Bank PO 2012: 452 posts announced for recruitment

Founded in 1907, Indian Bank has been one of the oldest and leading public sector banks in India. And now, it has come up with its recruitment plans after IBPS exams. From the Indian Bank headquarter reports, it has announced 452 posts for Probationary officer Scale I posts. The details of the recruitment are as follows:

Registration dates:
Online registration starts from February 17 and ends on 3rd March 2012
Eligibility criteria:
  • 21-30 years of age as on 1st of July 2011  
  •   Graduation percentage for General is 55% and 50% for others(SC/ST/OBC). 
  • The degree should be held on or before July 1st, 2011
·         IBPS scorecard  details:

Total weighted score for General candidates- 141
Others- 116
(Note: Individual scores for all categories in IBPS, for General candidates is 24,
and for others is 21)

Payscale of Scale I candidates is 14500-25700

Selection and registration:

Candidates will be shortlisted according to scores in IBPS PO written, and the shortlisted candidates will be intimated via mail. The fees for General/OBC is Rs. 200 and for SC/ST Rs. 50.
